Waverley Police Road Medical Centre offers vaccinations for COVID-19, children and their families, travel and occupational risk. Annual influenza vaccines are available. Please contact the clinic to inquire about availability.

Please book an appointment, preferably with the referring doctor to review results.
MEDICAL CERTIFICATES, PRESCRIPTIONS & REFERRALS
Appointments are necessary for the issue of medical certificates, prescriptions and referrals. Please note that referrals cannot be backdated. Patients are welcome to book Telehealth appointments if physical examination is not necessary but they must meet the Medicare eligibility criteria for Telehealth consultations.
RECALLS & REMINDERS
Our reminder system is set up for issues which require monitoring, such as interval check-ups, care planning, immunisations and test results. Please advise Reception if you wish to opt out of reminders.
