The clinic has a service agreement with DoctorDoctor and 13SICK (National Home Doctor) to enable clinic patients to access locum doctors for Telehealth consultations or home visits after 6pm on weekdays, Saturday after 12 noon, all day Sunday and public holidays.
In the event of a medical emergency, please ring 000 or attend the nearest hospital ED.

If you have an urgent and life-threatening condition, dial 000 and/or attend a hospital Emergency Department.
If you are unable to attend the nearest hospital emergency department, please call Virtual Emergency Care on 9485 9070 or Nurse-on-Call on 1300 60 60 24.
Patients can also call Healthdirect on 1800 022 222 (a national 24-hour helpline provided by the Australian government) for referral to registered health professionals for health advice.
Alternatively, the nearest public hospitals are Monash Medical Centre (Tel: 9594 6666), Monash Children’s Hospital (Tel: 8572 3000) and Dandenong District Hospital (Tel: 9554 1000).
The closest Emergency Department to Waverley Police Road Medical Centre is the Mulgrave Private Hospital at the corner of Police Road and Gladstone Road in Mulgrave (Tel: 9790 9333).  This was previously known as the Valley Private.
