Minor procedure fees of $80 – $100 (plus additional out of pocket fee of $10 – $50 may apply to Treatment room services and materials.

 

WORKCOVER / TAC
Consultations relating to a work injury or transport accident are not covered by Medicare. You may be required to pay for the consultation at the set rate until you have been approved for medical costs covered by the Worksafe insurer or by the Transport Accident Commission (TAC).
  
 
LATE PAYMENT FEES
A late payment fee of $20 may incur for consultations not paid within a reasonable time frame. This fee is not rebatable on the MBS. Please pay promptly to avoid late payment fees.
Cancellation Policy – A cancellation fee may apply if you fail to turn up to your appointment or you cancel your appointment within 2 hours of booked appointment time.
