Children aged 15 and under, Centrelink Healthcare Card, Commonwealth Seniors Card and Pension Card holders are Bulk-Billed. Please show reception your concession/pension card.
Allied Health Care Plans are Bulk-Billed. A $30.00 out of pocket fee applies to Mental Health Care Plans.
An additional out of pocket fee of $10 – $30 will apply to Treatment room services and materials.
Fees are payable on the day of your consultation by cash, credit card or EFTPOS. Our practice is equipped with TYRO and Medicare Online. These facilities allow us to directly lodge your claim to Medicare on the day of payment for rebate into your account that is linked to Medicare.

LATE PAYMENT FEES
A late payment fee of $20 may incur for consultations not paid within a reasonable time frame. This fee is not rebatable on the MBS. Please pay promptly to avoid late payment fees.
Cancellation Policy – A cancellation fee may apply if you fail to turn up to your appointment or you cancel your appointment within 2 hours of booked appointment time.
